The research is exploratory–developmental in nature and seeks to identify and explain the key components influencing the establishment of a national cryptocurrency. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with 14 experts actively involved in the cryptocurrency domain who possessed direct practical experience. The extracted components were analyzed through a systematic coding process, and to enhance validity, the classical Delphi method was employed to confirm these components with independent experts. Subsequently, based on data gathered through a researcher-designed questionnaire administered to the target population, the paradigmatic model of the study was developed. The findings indicate that the causal conditions for implementing a national cryptocurrency include decentralization, higher security compared to conventional forms of money, increased transaction transparency, greater speed and ease of exchange, portability, and higher durability. The core category of the study encompasses the national cryptocurrency, blockchain technology as the underlying infrastructure, and smart contracts. The proposed strategies and actions for successful implementation involve the development of hardware, software, legal, and socio-cultural infrastructures. The implementation of a national cryptocurrency leads to several consequences, including the elimination of financial intermediaries, enhanced transparency and security of financial assets, inflation control, reduced financial costs, facilitation of international transactions under sanction conditions, and environmental impacts. The results underscore the macroeconomic importance of implementing a national cryptocurrency, while identifying high energy consumption and environmental consequences as the most significant challenge. هدف این پژوهش، طراحی مدل استقرار رمز ارز ملّی در ایران با بهره‌گیری از رهیافت داده‌بنیاد است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع اکتشافی–توسعه‌ای بوده و تلاش دارد از طریق نظریه داده‌بنیاد، مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر استقرار رمز ارز ملّی را شناسایی و تبیین کند. در این راستا، ابتدا با انجام مصاحبه‌های عمیق با ۱۴ نفر از خبرگان فعال در حوزه رمز ارز که دارای تجربه مستقیم در این زمینه بودند، داده‌های اولیه گردآوری شد. سپس مؤلفه‌های استخراج‌شده طی فرآیند کدگذاری تحلیل گردید و به‌منظور افزایش اعتبار، از روش دلفی کلاسیک برای تأیید این مؤلفه‌ها توسط خبرگان مستقل استفاده شد. در نهایت، با بهره‌گیری از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته و تحلیل داده‌های جامعه هدف، مدل پارادایمی پژوهش تدوین شد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد شرایط علّی استقرار رمز ارز ملّی شامل مؤلفه‌هایی نظیر تمرکززدایی، امنیت بالاتر نسبت به انواع پول رایج، شفافیت در معاملات، افزایش سرعت و سهولت مبادلات، قابلیت حمل‌ونقل آسان و ماندگاری بیشتر است. مقوله محوری پژوهش نیز رمز ارز ملّی، فناوری زنجیره‌بلوکی و قراردادهای هوشمند را دربر می‌گیرد. راهبردها و اقدامات پیشنهادی برای استقرار موفق رمز ارز ملّی شامل توسعه زیرساخت‌های سخت‌افزاری، نرم‌افزاری، قانونی و فرهنگی–اجتماعی است. پیامدهای این استقرار، حذف واسطه‌های مالی، افزایش شفافیت و امنیت دارایی‌ها، کنترل تورم، کاهش هزینه‌های مالی، تسهیل مبادلات بین‌المللی به‌ویژه در شرایط تحریم و همچنین اثرات زیست‌محیطی را شامل می‌شود. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر اهمیت استقرار رمز ارز ملّی در سطح کلان اقتصادی است، هرچند مصرف بالای انرژی و پیامدهای زیست‌محیطی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین چالش آن مطرح می‌شود.
